建物の外観と違い、内部はきれいに改装され広くて清潔です。朝食は近くのタッソ広場のレストランで提供されます。パンとコーヒー、ジュースの簡単な内容でしたが、コーヒーとジュースがおいしかったです。 　エレベーターのない3階にありますが、呼び鈴を押せばオーナーが迎えに来てくれます。

The owner Luigi was very helpful in ensuring that our stay at Sorrento Flats was memorable. He went beyond the norm to assist us to ensure that we had a wonderful stay in Sorrento. For example he made arrangements to provide a birthday cake for my mother's birthday. He also assisted in making arrangments so we could make our 6:00 am flight back to Canada from Naples. The room was newly decorated with a modern decor and the location was very convenient in the city centre. Would highly recommend Sorrento Flats.

The fact that there was no elevator may make it difficult for people with mobility issues. However, they indicated that an elevator may be available in the near future.

room design and attention to details.

The flats were at bit difficult to find, but were lovely when we got there.They are situated on the 3rd floor, but the owner helped us with our luggage, so not too much of a problem. Apparantly they are having a lift installed later in the year, so that will be the icing on the cake.The flat itself was wonderful - newly reburbished by the look of it, with all the furniture modern & well thought out. We had the purple room and everything was colour co-ordinated, down to the kettle!!! Spotlessly clean with a change of towels daily if you wanted. Lots of space for everything and lots of nice toiletries. Mini bar in room with everything you could need. There was a communal kitchen which you could use to store things in the fridge, cook, or just prepare your food. There is a supermarket across the road and a cafe/coffee bar right next door. Well within walking distance to the beach (although you have to pay and is packed like sardines.Also black sand, so not very nice) the port, and hundreds of shops, bars & restaurants. The owner is lovely and very obliging, as is the cleaner.WIFI worked like a dream, with no charge. Altogether a wonderful place to stay.

The lack of a lift was a bit of a chore.

Room was gorgeous, Luigi was very helpful and gave us some good information about Sorrento.

Only slight issue was the stairs but Luigi helped us with our cases so not a big problem.

Location was great. Quiet room even though it was on the main street. Very clean - nicely refinished rooms. Very close to train station.

6 flights of stairs with no elevator was a bit taxing.

The rooms were very chic, modern and clean (we stayed in the Green Room). The flat is centrally located (less than a minute walk to the main piazza and 10 mins to the Marina) and is the perfect base to do day-trip excursions. Luigi, the owner, is committed to ensuring his guests enjoy their experience in Sorrento and is willing to assist whenever and wherever he can. We will definitely recommend Sorrento Flats to our friends.

There is currently no working elevator at Sorrento Flats and although Luigi readily assists with helping carry luggage, walking up 4 flights of stairs can be tiring (especially after a busy day sightseeing or an enjoyable dinner with wine!) However Luigi has said this problem will be fixed by November. The breakfast selection could also be improved upon. Frozen bread is used and eggs (either scrambled, hardboiled etc) and cut up melons/fruits, would be a welcome addition.

The personal touch. Luigi, the owner who runs Sorrento Flats, is one of the most hopitable, generous, warm and genuine hosts you will meet. He gave us valuable tips, helped us book restaurants, assisted with our luggage, and went above and beyond in every way.

Luigi was very accommodating. The room was very modern with a large flat screen television and an iPhone port. The location is very convenient, right in the city center. Luigi gave us a bottle of sparkling wine for our anniversary, which was very thoughtful, and he recommended an excellent restaurant, Trattoria da Emilia; the food was incredible and romantically placed with seating on the dock in the main marina.

The breakfast was mediocre, with hard boiled eggs of an uncertain age, tomatoes that had apparently been taken out of the refrigerator day after day, fake cappuccino from a machine with capsules, surgery fake juice. This is not the kind of breakfast you expect for a 140 Euro a night bed and breakfast. We were under the impression that we could eat breakfast on a terrace from the description on booking, but this was apparently erroneous; breakfast is served around the table in the kitchen. We told this to Luigi, and he did change it on Booked.net right away.

The location and friendliness/service from staff

Too many stairs....

Excellent location right in the main street of Sorrento. Don't need to use the car. Parking available at 15 Eros a day. Excellent host..Luigi, very helpful and gave good ideas for travel and where to eat out. Gave us a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate our wedding anniversary.Helped us with our bags as there is no lift yet and there are 70 + steps to the flats.Apparantly he is hoping to get a lift put in during the winter months.Water tea coffee and cakes were available to help yourself whenever you wanted at no extra charge.

Luigi is going to make adjustments to the breakfast on our suggestions .....that he should use fresh bread, not frozen, as it was very hard when defrosted in the microwave.... Also as there are lots of fresh oranges around he is going to get fresh juice not carton juice.

This place was immaculate and the owner was fantastic. The owner sat us down after we settled in, and explained everything we needed to know in terms of activities, where to shop, where to eat, what tours he could book for us and what services they offer. Was the most helpful 20 mins of our lives! As a result, we had a perfect balance of sight seeing, shopping and eating good food! And the amazing cooking class with the owners mother! After we learnt how to cook a 5 course meal, we sat down and got to enjoy the fruits of our labour.

There was no lifts... Although we were informed that the lifts were being installed in the near future.

The rooms that we stayed in were wonderful. Since we were a family of four the two room suite with kitchenette was perfect.The location also was great since we were literally a few feet away from the shopping areas, restaurants etc. The train station and bus stop was also only a five minute walk away. Our host Luigi was extremely helpful right from picking us up from the station to calling on us every evening to see if everything was ok.

There really is not much more that we would have liked, other than a microwave oven, which would have been useful.

Convenient location

The 3rd floor with no lift No heater with no extra blanket. Too cold to sleep with just thin bed cover and sheets.

The location was great for exploring Sorrento. Even though it is right on a busy street, our apartment was extremely quiet and peaceful. Luigi is an outstanding host. He was always available to answer questions and quick to offer help. It is obvious from the moment you open the door that Luigi pays a lot of attention to detail, making sure that everything is just right. It was the nicest B&B we've had in Italy.
